Established in 2011 out of necessity when my new baby dribbled more than I’d ever seen! 
He soaked through bibs & clothes in no time so the search began for a fabric that would be up to the job. 

That fabric was bamboo. 

I care about more than just dribbles here at Slobberscarves. Yes Slobberscarves look good and they will compliment any outfit but it ain’t all about that.

I not only take care of those little teething dribbles but I do it with luxurious softness.

Slobberscarves are made with bamboo towelling which has a soft silky texture like cashmere. Its crisscross texture creates microscopic openings in the fibres, giving truly exceptional moisture absorption.

Bamboo towelling absorbs 60% more moisture than cotton towelling and dries 20% quicker while remaining breathable and super comforting against your little skin so those dribbles are dried up in no time!

Bamboo towelling is a natural fabric made from the pulp of the bamboo grass, a very sustainable fast growing plant.


Due it’s high water absorption and retention qualities, bamboo towelling has antibacterial properties meaning that many people who experience allergic reactions to other natural fibres do not experience any issues with bamboo and it can be worn next to the skin without causing irritation.
